Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but sometimes our products do not fit your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and the item is unused, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credits. The buyer will be responsible for return postage.


Refunds will be processed in the original payment form within 24 hours of the item being returned to our warehouse. If you are exchanging for a different product, we will either refund the difference or charge the extra cost if the new item is more expensive. We are unable to apply discounts from past sales. 


For international returns, customers will need to liaise with their relevant local authority to obtain a refund of customs and duties paid on the order. Moussem is not liable for the loss of the item being returned. International returns will be available for exchange and credit only rather than a refund.


Bespoke orders are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are happy with your sizing, design and tassel preference before submitting your order. If you need to cancel your order, you have until 5pm the next day to cancel and get your money refunded.

For trade orders that are delivered and then returned, returns are only accepted under special circumstances and with prior written approval from Moussem LTD. If the goods are part of a seasonal promotion, limited offer, or special sale, any returned items may not be refunded or exchanged, as they may no longer be available for resale at full price. Any returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Please note that all returned items must be in original condition, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
